By creating an account, accessing, or using BestMMAStats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shyena Logics, LLP.
2. Description of Services
BestMMAStats provides comprehensive MMA fighter statistics, analytics, AI-powered insights, predictions, betting analysis, and related information. Our Services include both free and premium subscription tiers with varying levels of access to features and data.
2.1 AI-Generated Content: Some features utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate predictions, insights, and analysis. These are provided for informational purposes only.
2.2 Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day premium trial period. Trial terms and eligibility requirements are subject to change.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services, particularly features related to betting analysis and predictions.
3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Premium Subscriptions: Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during checkout.

4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
4.5 Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in promotional offers. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods of service.
4.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
5. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer
5.1 Nature of AI Insights: AI/ML models are great but can make mistakes. Predictions, insights, betting analysis, and other AI-generated content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision, particularly financial or betting decisions.
5.2 No Guarantees: We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any AI-generated content, predictions, or insights.
5.3 No Liability for Losses: Bestmmastats (Shyena Logics, LLP) will not be responsible for any losses incurred based on reliance on AI-generated insights, predictions, statistics, or any other information provided through our Services. You acknowledge and agree to conduct your own independent research and analysis.
5.4 Betting Responsibility: If you choose to use betting-related information, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and you should only bet what you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for any gambling losses.

You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Services without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems

9.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHYENA LOGICS, LLP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9.4 MAXIMUM LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shyena Logics, LLP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit through the Services.
